I have been trying to switch services from the contractor who built my house to my own account for over a month and a half.I've had so many different things told to me it's crazy.
First time through, I was told there was no meter at the house, however power is still on in my contractors name through Entergy so there is most definitely a meter. Then requested a follow up service where I was told I would receive confirmation of service the following day, never happened, and this has happened several times.
Just got off the phone where I was told people would be out today to check out what is going on and I highly doubt it will actually happen.Power is still on, so I don't understand why it is so hard to switch service from one name to another.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Preferred solution: Reduced services, credit towards bill, or deposit waived..
I didn't like: Customer service knowledge of how to do things.
